Dealing with insurance

My initial stay at Heartland was to take me through June 4. We're still working on getting authorization to stay longer - which to any seeing person is a definite requirement. The social worker here at Heartland continues to work with Blue Cross Blue Shield to make sure that additional time is authorized.
